UK Returns Eligibility
- We offer a 30-day return policy for non-customised items.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
How to Request a UK Return

- We’ll provide return instructions after approval.
- Items returned without approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.
UK Returns & Exchanges
- Request a return for your original item.
- Once approved, send it back.
- Place a new order for the replacement item.

UK Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage. For higher-value items, tracked/insured postage is recommended.
Gift Returns
- If the item was shipped directly to the recipient, store credit will be issued.
- If purchased and shipped to the buyer, refunds go to the original payment method.
