Shipping and Returns

At Kirnix Creations, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details you need about shipping, returns, and what to do if something doesn’t go quite as planned.


Shipping Information

We use Royal Mail for all our packages to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive an automatic email or text with your tracking number once your order ships. (Note: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.)
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 working days. For items that require additional time, check the product description for specific details.
  • Delivery Time: Transit usually takes 3–5 working days within the UK, but this depends on your location.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed the following working day.
  • ❗IMPORTANT NOTICE – From 13th December 2014 we will no longer be shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland

To ensure your package arrives safely:

  • Double-check your address for accuracy and include all required details.
  • Once your order ships, we can’t take responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. However, we’ll do everything we can to help resolve any issues.

Possible Delays
Occasionally, delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or Royal Mail disruptions. If there’s a delay or cancellation with your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Undeliverable Packages
If an address is incorrect or a package is undeliverable, any additional postage fees will be the customer’s responsibility.


Returns and Refunds

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but if something doesn’t work out, we offer a 30-day return policy for non-customised items.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they have a fault.

How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at hello@kirnixcreations.co.uk to initiate a return.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item. (Items returned without prior approval won’t be accepted.)

Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original purchase after approval and place a new order for the item you’d prefer.

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within seven days. (Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.)
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
  3. Still no refund? Email us at hello@kirnixcreations.co.uk, and we’ll assist.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return approval.
  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will go back to them.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For higher-value items, consider using a tracked or insured shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
