It’s been a whirlwind of creativity, colour, and a bit of crafty chaos over here at Kirnix HQ. This week’s projects took us from mythical dragons to mysterious boxes of goodies, and ended with a cheeky amphibian friend who actually behaved for once (mostly). 🔥 Monday – Dragon Candle Holder Chaos (But Make It Magical)
We kicked off the week with a bold and messy adventure into Aquacast territory. Armed with paints, brushes, and a slightly temperamental dragon mould from Temu, we poured our way through a sculptural candle holder that gave us all the fantasy feels. Between paint choices, mould drama, and a bit of mix mishap, this project was everything we love about crafting: unpredictable, a little chaotic, and totally rewarding.
This beastly candle holder now guards our craft table—and possibly our snacks. Watch how we brought it to life below:

📦 Wednesday – The Temu Haul That Could Have Eaten Us
We may have gone overboard. The box was huge. The items? Endless. This Temu craft haul included resin moulds, DTF stickers, faux leather, wax seals, washi tape, and at least one thing we forgot we ordered. Join us as we react in real time to this chaotic craft treasure chest, share our impulsive ideas (some better than others), and try to figure out where on earth we’re going to store everything.

🐸 Friday – Froggy Friday Returns (Now With Slightly Less Resin Meltdown)
Our Larimar-style base actually worked this time! 🎉 And on top of it? A delightfully sparkly Aquacast frog. Froggy Friday is our weekly excuse to make adorable (or sometimes chaotic) amphibians, and this week we brought the glitter, the giggles, and some surprisingly smooth colour blending. There were flashbacks to our past Larimar fails, plenty of cheeky banter, and just enough resin drama to keep things interesting.
Whether you’re a frog fan, resin enthusiast, or just here for the banter—this one’s a feel-good watch.
